Return and Refund Policy for Goods Purchased

1. We reserve the right to verify return product information before issuing a refund.

2. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipment to the items you are returning.

3. Unless we made an error in order processing or shipping, return shipping fees will apply. For your convenience, shipping charges will be automatically deducted from your refund account.


Refunds for Unattended Workshops

1. Refunds for workshop registration fees are dealt with on a case by case basis. Full refunds may be issued if the Client who is unable to attend the workshop provides at least 7 days notice to us by phone or email. Clients may request that a refund be issued for a credit towards a future workshop.


Limited Warranty: Except for this limited product warranty, DD Bauer & Associates makes no warranty, representation, guarantee or condition respecting any new product or service, whether express or implied, statutory or otherwise including without limitation, warranties and merchantability or guarantee. DD Bauer & Associates’ sole responsibility for warranty is limited to return and refund as stated above in our Return and Refund Policy.

Limitation of Liability: In no event will DD Bauer & Associates be liable to the customer for any special, direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, exemplary or punitive damages, losses, injury, costs or expenses of any nature related to any product or service. DD Bauer & Associates’ total liability for any claims, whether in contract, tort, warranty or otherwise shall be limited to the price of such product plus shipping charges if applicable.

Privacy Policy: Your personal information is not shared with anyone under any circumstances without your prior written consent except where necessary to process payments, refunds or shipping. Further, the results of your assessment are confidential and are not shared outside of our company except where necessary to collate results with issuer of the authorization and license to Desiree Bauer o/a DD Bauer & Associates. In such cases, your personal identification is kept confidential.
